My name is Josh and I am currently Head Chef at The Edgbaston Boutique Hotel in Birmingham. When the second lockdown was announced, I wanted a project to occupy myself. Throughout my ten years as pastry chef, I have always been fascinated by chocolate, but never had enough time to give it the attention needed to master the art. It is for this reason that I launched Josh’s Chocolates
Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I have loved being able to form a career doing something I love. Having a chance to slow things down and explore the nuances and skills involved in working with chocolate has been great and I look forward to sharing my creations with you.
It is my aim to bring you a range of hand-crafted artisan chocolates using the best local ingredients and the finest quality chocolate. Chocolate brings happiness in a way few other things can. With everything going on in the world right now, we all need a little extra happiness in our lives.
